بِسْمِ اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى اللَّهِ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ
Bismillāhi tawakkaltu ʿalallāhi wa lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā billāh.
"In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah — there is no power and no strength except with Allah."

Say it as you cross the threshold — tying it to the physical act of leaving makes it stick.
